Key things to make your event a huge success.
Let everyone know its going to be a comedy Hypnosis show.
Let your guests know that the Hypnotist is an ethical entertainer and not one to embarrass his volunteer's.
Ask how many people would be willing to volunteer.
Volunteers on stage is the most important key to the success of the show.Without volunteers there is no show.
Let your guests know that there is no foul language used in the show.
Let your guests know that they will have the time of there lives, more fun than they have had in years, just sit back relax and enjoy the show. This will be something they will be talking and laughing about for years, guaranteed.
How many people should be in attendance?
In order to make your corporate event a success a minimum of 50 audience members are required; age 19- and up, mixed both men and women
What will I need for a stage?
If possible a raised stage is preferred but not always necessary. Stage size to be 12 x 16 feet where possible. Also stage must be located away from high traffic areas such as washrooms, bars, and kitchen. Try to locate your stage so there is a wall behind it.
What will I need on the stage area?
You will need 16 to 20 sturdy armless comfortable chairs to be provided for volunteers on stage (too be discussed).
What if the air conditioning/ heat is on?
If a room is too cold or too hot the volunteers will be uncomfortable, therefore the room must be a comfortable temperature prior to the time of the show. Arrangements should be made prior to the show to adjust the temperature.
Where should the audience be?
Audience seating, the audience should be close enough to feel comfortable but not too close as to talk to or distract the volunteers on stage.
Will I need a sound system?
In most cases, a 1200 watt system including speakers, monitors, CD player and cordless mike will supplied by The Magically Hip at no extra cost to the Booking Party.
